Workflow and Process Documentation Analyst

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $25
  • Supplemental pay: Referral bonus
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Flexible with 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 9:00 – 6:00 pm, 9:30am - 6:30 pm or 10:00 am 7:00 pm)-subject to change and overtime as needed.

Position Summary:

The Workflow Process and Documentation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining a detailed history of policy and procedural changes through a systematic version control and sign-off/ approval process. Contributes to the development, testing and implementation of the company’s core systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Business Operational Procedures for the Title Administration and Post Funding and Resolutions teams.
  • Manage the systemic library, version control, and approvals of all process flows, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform business reviews and special audits as required to ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Assist business owners with identifying process improvement opportunities and implementation of changes.
  • Engage Compliance in process documentation ensuring CTCQ’s “Critical to Compliance Quality” measures are imbedded within the process including accurate monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with business owners in the development of test cases, performing user acceptance testing and troubleshooting process and system issues.
  • Assist with the development of presentations, meeting minutes/ action items and reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in lending, titling, or relevant role.

Education:

  • High school diploma and or/GED.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to write advanced correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience – Auto industry and process improvement or six sigma team experience a plus.
  • Education – Bachelor degree is Business Administration; and or a combination of education and experience.
  • Skills – MS Project a plus.
  • Language – Bilingual is a plus.

  • Overtime required – month-end volume increases, and other tasks/assignments may require overtime as needed.
  • Travel 0-10% - as needed basis.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to the following city: Houston, TX
