Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring qualified candidates. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure the organization attracts top talent across all teams. The position is also responsible for matching the right talent to the right job, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Work Schedule This position is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 2 days per week. The role also requires flexibility to work various shifts to meet business needs, typically between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed. Travel requirements are estimated at 0–10%.
