Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services

Department: 02- Executive Atlanta
Location: Houston, TX

Position Summary:

The Communications Administrator, Servicing Strategy and Shared Services, provides operational and administrative support to the Servicing Operations organization, ensuring the effective delivery and execution of internal communications. This role is responsible for coordinating communication activities, developing and maintaining communication plans, and supporting the implementation of communication strategies and initiatives. Additionally, the Communications Administrator plays a key role in supporting operational change management by promoting stakeholder awareness and ensuring operational readiness for changes impacting Servicing Operations. This position helps drive clear, consistent messaging and supports the successful adoption of strategic and operational initiatives across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications (e.g., newsletters, announcements, reports, presentations, and emails) to support organizational messaging.
  • Develop and maintain communication materials, including knowledge articles, job aids, and updates related to process and system changes.
  • Manage and update SharePoint content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment within the Servicing Strategy and Shared Services team.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track internal communications while maintaining distribution lists, records, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, documentation, and event planning for communications-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content, support communication initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across departments and projects.
  • Conduct research, compile performance reports, and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communications-related matters, coordinate with vendors as needed,
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with evolving business needs.

Qualifications and Competencies Required: The position plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of communications across multiple operational teams, while enabling smooth day-to-day operations of the Servicing Strategy and Shared Services organization.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, administrative support, or a related field, with demonstrated ability to support organizational operations and internal messaging initiatives.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work products.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing business needs.

  • Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business in Communication, Administration, Business, related field, or equivalent work experience.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
