Incentive Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Incentive Coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate sales data, market trends and incentive proposals to provide strategic recommendations that support the sales team and improve overall sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing incentive utilization strategies, assessing incentive effectiveness, tracking and reconciling sales department performance analysis strategies. The Incentive Coordinator will play a vital role in aligning business goals with actionable strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, review and interpret complex sales data sets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement that inform decision-making process
  • Prepare and develop accurate data-driven sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and resource allocation across departments.
  • Create detailed sales reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively using tools like Tableau and Excel to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics to gauge success.
  • Supports the sales team by collaborating with the sales management to enhance processes, refine strategies, and achieve sales goals effectively.
  • Evaluate market trends by conducting in-depth market research and analysis to ensure sales strategies align with evolving customer needs and market conditions.
  • Optimize and leverage Dealer Contact Management (DCM) system tools to improve customer relationship management and ensure seamless tracking of sales activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
  • Provide actionable data-driven insights to stakeholders by identifying bottlenecks in sales processes and recommending solutions to streamline operations.
  • Aid stakeholders in strategic decisions that improve sales performance and drive business growth.

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in an incentive/sales, sales analysis, business intelligence, or related role.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analysis, or a related field.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, CRM platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Adept problem-solving capabilities to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and achieve business goals.
  • Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.

Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Certifications in data analysis or CRM platforms
  • Previous financial captive experience
  • Familiarity with captive incentive strategies and programs used in the market to drive OEM sales

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
