Remarketing Analytics Manager

Position Summary:

The Remarketing Analytics Manager at Stellantis Financial Services (SFS) will be instrumental in enhancing our remarketing strategies through advanced data analysis and insights. This role entails leading a team of analysts to research, develop, and implement robust processes, tools, and frameworks for remarketing analytics. The manager will champion a data-driven approach when driving organizational change and will proactively coach the team in delivering impeccable reporting, ensuring consistency, and fostering innovative strategic initiatives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Strategy Development:

Direct, develop, implement, and continually enhance advanced analytical strategies to optimize asset performance and pricing. Lead a team of analysts in the daily service delivery of our analytics platform, focusing on performance enhancement and scalability.

  • Technology and Tools Utilization:

Implement industry best practices and emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that positively impact the department. Lead a team in leveraging modern data technologies for business impact and coach team on ways to further develop technical capabilities.

  • Market Insights:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving asset disposition processes for the company. Provide regular reports to senior management highlighting key market trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the individual team and department that support operational efficiencies across the organization. Oversee the execution of various experiments, analyze performance trends, and oversee necessary operational changes.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

Lead a team of analysts by providing mentorship, one-on-one coaching, technical skill advancement and professional development opportunities. Manage team’s resource allocation and project timelines. Ensure team tasks align with project requirements. Create and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the analytics team.

  • Data Strategy:

Possess in-depth knowledge of all aspects of data management, including master data, data governance, and transactional data. Be a major contributor to the department’s long-term strategy for data ecosystem/platform and serve as a SME to the company’s data strategy objectives. Assess governance issues, including problem definition, root cause analysis, and recommendations for opportunities and solutions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Lead collaboration with business leaders to make informed strategic decisions and make actionable data recommendations to senior leaders by converting their needs into actionable insights. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on remarketing data and analytics, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders when required. Facilitate meetings with leaders across the organization to develop business objectives based on risk and operational needs. Participate in gathering business requirements and help translate them into technical specifications.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Experience
    • 7 (seven) years minimum experience in analytics, with a focus on Remarketing within the automotive and/or related industry.
    • 3 (three) year experience minimum in Python, SQL, SAS or other programming languages, data warehousing solutions and database modeling in a business environment.
    • 3-5 years of managerial experience leading teams.
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field.
  • Skills Required:
  • Experience in data analytics with self-service reporting solutions using business intelligence or data visualization software
  • Strong aptitude for modern product development practices and advance analytical tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to develop and manage a team through executing data strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to develop and execute data strategies for an operations team
  • Comfortable with optimization techniques, from development through execution
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of managing teams to drive data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and work effectively with business stakeholders across various departments.
